Robert knows his way around the kitchen, thanks to a degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His event management and production experience with large outdoor events began with notable events such as the US Open Tennis Championships and The US Golf Championships. He opened and managed off-premise cafes in leading cultural institutions.

Jackie has been working in the special events industry with Robert Cano for over 10 years. Their winning partnership has planned and produced countless events from gala dinners to company picnics for thousands. Her vent production experience coupled with her dedication to the client’s vision makes her a vital asset to the success of our events.
Executive Chef – Michael Fiore is an alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America with over 18 years of restaurant & catering experience. He has trained in top restaurants in New York City with chefs such as David Burke & television personality Lidia Bastianich. Michael also trained in London, England at the world renowned La Gavroche and was the chef & owner of both Tempo Restaurant & Tempo Presto located in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
Diana may be the yougest on our team but what she lacks in years of experience she has more than made up for with intense on the job training. Her organizational skills, grace under pressure and the ability to multi-task in our sometimes hectic world of catering and event production maker her an invaluable asset to our team.
