Robert knows his way around the kitchen, thanks to a degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. His event management and production experience with large outdoor events began with notable events such as the US Open Tennis Championships and The US Golf Championships. He opened and managed off-premise cafes in leading cultural institutions around Manhattan including Guggenheim Museum, The Museum of Natural History, and Asia Society, as well as planning and catering high-end events all over the tri-state area for the past 15 years.
He is the captain of our team and every event is his signature touch. Rob knows just what a discerning guest has come to expect at an event and he delivers every time.
