Maggie has years of experience in the tri-state catering and event industry. Starting as a server and working her way up to a captain, Maggie knows how to put the finishing touches on any event – big or small. Her on-the-floor experience and years of managing servers led her into the role of staffing. Formal training sessions are held for all staff, new and old, in order to make sure they are 100% familiar with the requisite services. Our staff is professional, efficient and personable – helping create superior and flawless events.
